On 6 November 2026, the Republic Electoral Commission (REC) allocated the 250 seats in the National Assembly to candidates from the seven lists that won seats in the 25 October parliamentary elections. Seats go to candidates in the order in which they appear on each list, starting with the first.
The Student List - Students Are Winning, led by Ilija Srdanović, has 140 MPs, and Aleksandar Vučić - United Serbia has 103. Five national minority lists have seven MPs between them: the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians - Dr Bálint Pásztor and the Albanian Coalition two each, and Rasim Ljajić - Ljudski (SDP - CDP), SDA of Sandžak - Guardians of Sandžak and Usame Zukorlić (SPP) Movement for Unification one each.
The allocation follows the REC's
total report on the election results of 5 November. Electoral list submitters and voters may file complaints to the REC within 72 hours of the decision's publication on the REC website. Each elected candidate receives a certificate of election, which is the basis for confirming the mandate.
The new National Assembly is constituted once at least 167 mandates are confirmed at its first sitting, chaired by the oldest MP.
The list below shows every MP in the order of their list, with the occupation and place of residence stated in the candidate list submitted to the REC. It can be searched by name, occupation or place.
