CRTA assesses ODIHR's recommendations in good faith and recognizes the importance of OSCE/ODIHR observation missions and support for democratic processes in Serbia. Nevertheless, CRTA reminds that risks for democracy and free and fair elections extend beyond ODIHR's scope of observation (both time scope and topic-wise), and that new threats, risks and forms of attack on fair elections have risen to the top of the priorities since the last ODIHR report: most notably violence and physical attacks on observers, journalists and activists on election day, and the mass deployment of para-observer missions.
